There is no doubt, being a human being is hard work. Embracing our birth right of joy can be ever so challenging, especially after facing the kind of experiences that make our minds and hearts explode with horror, pain, shock. Things the skin, and nerves face when getting a tattoo. At some point, trauma is trauma is trauma.
Knowing you need help is one thing, but having the tools to get there is another. One thing is for certain, if you are reading this, I know you're a strong person. Together we can touch the internal points that you have been avoiding because of sadness, fear and anxiety. I want to see these clients release a layer of pressure, experience liberation, recall what thriving feels like, return to the present & embrace the wonders of what the future will bring.
A main key to a healthy mind, body & soul is pragmatic awareness.
I have designed layouts of how I can assist; guiding clients who may be under extra stress in life, going through traumatic events or opening past wounds. My education with healing is through the ‘school of life’ experiences I have advanced through. Thanks to authors, therapists and naturalpathic practitioners, I have had significant growth through my traumas. I have made my own discoveries by self evaluating through a variety of meditations, spirituality concepts, naturalpathic & pharmaceutical medicines and friendships! This kind of co-created education has compelled me to pass on the care and ability to provide a safe place for others. I am lead by both personal and universal sacred intuition when giving recommendation.
I am excited to study even more of somatics and mental health as my career grows.
